These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services provided by Ignite Digital Solutions. By accessing this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services
Ignite Digital Solutions provides digital services including, but not limited to, website design, lead capture systems, digital setup services, and online coaching.

All services are provided as described at the time of purchase or agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate fee.

£99 Website Offer
The £99 website offer includes the setup of a simple one page website only.

Platform and Hosting provided by Systeme.io

This offer does not include:
Domain registration
Ongoing maintenance or updates
Advanced functionality
Copywriting or images unless otherwise agreed

Clients are responsible for providing all required content and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in delays to delivery.

Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non refundable once work has started.

Ignite Digital Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel a project if requirements fall outside the agreed scope. In such cases, a refund may be issued at discretion if work has not commenced.

Cancellations and Refunds

Website Services
Once payment has been made and work has started, all website services are non refundable.

If you request a cancellation before work has started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Ignite Digital Solutions, minus any administrative or preparation time already spent.

If a project is delayed due to missing content, lack of communication, or failure to provide required information, no refund will be issued.

If you change your mind after work has begun, this is not grounds for a refund.

Coaching Services
Coaching payments are non refundable once the service has started.

If a coaching session needs to be rescheduled, at least 24 hours notice is required. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Ignite Digital Solutions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Ignite Digital Solutions to attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in termination of services.

Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and materials required to complete the service.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving work provided. Any revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on third party rights, including copyright or trademarks.

Delivery and Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on workload, client responsiveness, and project scope.

Ignite Digital Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or third party services.

Coaching Services
Coaching services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Coaching does not replace professional advice such as legal, financial, medical, or mental health services.

Intellectual Property
All materials created by Ignite Digital Solutions remain the intellectual property of Ignite Digital Solutions until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.

Ignite Digital Solutions retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
Ignite Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Ignite Digital Solutions may update, suspend, or remove content or services at any time without notice.

Termination
Ignite Digital Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are breached, abusive behaviour occurs, or communication breaks down. No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
